Child passport ASAP We didn't realize our 5-year-old needed a passport to travel to Canada until 2 weeks before the trip--our local department suggested this company and they were amazing! We chose the 3-5 day shipping: sent it out on Tuesday and back to us in the mail by Friday! Also staff made sure we had everything in order and they were VERY friendly!! Recommend this for sure!!

absolutely horrible!!! absolutely horrible, once they get your money, the communication goes south, they do not return emails or phone messages AT ALL! If you are lucky enough to get someone to answer, the standard answer I have been getting for over a week is "it is scheduled for fed ex delivery tomorrow, you will get an email with the tracking number later today." This has been the same answer everyday for a week now. I wish I knew of something else I could do, I feel so regretful that I attempted to use this company, I may be screwed.

Two Months and Waiting Received confirmation of receipt of my passport for expedited renewal Jan 24, 2017. Now March 22 and still waiting. John Krebs will not return my phone calls or emails. Have reported passport as missing or stolen. Working with my congressional rep to replace my passport.

Could not be happier Could not be happier! We needed a second passport to travel while our original passports were being held for visa approval. The staff at ExpressPassport were super friendly and helpful and everything went like clockwork! Again, we could not be happier with their support, tracking process, and timeliness! Did I just make a mistake? I’m nervous I just sent my application exactly as directed. After reading this and getting a call From the local Post Master stating there are no walk ins allowed I’m nervous. We leave July 31 will I be able to track my progress? I’ll gladly give great reviews, I’m just worried now. I have tried to call and they know my name via automated system but no one answers when I ask to speak to rep.
