GBComplete scam Paid for expedited passport company took my money and ran. Received “fake” customer service emails where the responses were automated and every phone line unavailable. Essentially this company takes your information, money and runs. At some point they may have been legit but no longer are. I would NOT recommend this service.

GBAbsolutely fantastic Absolutely fantastic! Was very worried about the process (and the price!) of renewing a passport through a third party agency at first, but was impressed by how easy and fast it was. Had a couple personal roadblocks (just unsure whether I was doing it right or not) so I called the toll-free number several times and was SO pleased by the courteous and patient staff!! Hats off to Express Passport for being so organized and making this important transaction go so smoothly! Received the passport exactly one week after sending it out!... one word: WOW. :) Thank you!!!

GBDid I just make a mistake? I’m nervous I just sent my application exactly as directed. After reading this and getting a call From the local Post Master stating there are no walk ins allowed I’m nervous. We leave July 31 will I be able to track my progress? I’ll gladly give great reviews, I’m just worried now. I have tried to call and they know my name via automated system but no one answers when I ask to speak to rep.

GBCan't get my passport Paid for rush service passport renewal (8-10 business days) and over one month has gone by with no passport. Expresspassport.com is telling me that the State Department doesn't have enough employees so delay is their fault. In the meantime, I can't cross the border to my vacation property in Mexico and several calls to expresspassport.com have resulted in no estimated delivery date and no passport. This is very frustrating. I will call again on Monday and will update this review when I get additional information and/or progress.

GBTwo Months and Waiting Received confirmation of receipt of my passport for expedited renewal Jan 24, 2017. Now March 22 and still waiting. John Krebs will not return my phone calls or emails. Have reported passport as missing or stolen. Working with my congressional rep to replace my passport.
