Give me a Refund They care to respond to negative reviews here but don't bother taking care of their customers who's money they've already taken. Update: I have already applied for my passport without you guys. I would like a refund like you promise on your site.

Charged me $217 to fill out a form I… Charged me $217 to fill out a form I can get for free from the government, then didn't even submit it! Form had no instructions like the government form does, and never kept me apprised of the progress! After two months of nothing happening, I filled out my passport application at the passport office and cancelled my application with express passport (express - really???). Cancellation fee - $125! $125!!! Stay away.

Can't get my passport Paid for rush service passport renewal (8-10 business days) and over one month has gone by with no passport. Expresspassport.com is telling me that the State Department doesn't have enough employees so delay is their fault. In the meantime, I can't cross the border to my vacation property in Mexico and several calls to expresspassport.com have resulted in no estimated delivery date and no passport. This is very frustrating. I will call again on Monday and will update this review when I get additional information and/or progress.

Two Months and Waiting Received confirmation of receipt of my passport for expedited renewal Jan 24, 2017. Now March 22 and still waiting. John Krebs will not return my phone calls or emails. Have reported passport as missing or stolen. Working with my congressional rep to replace my passport.

Worth every penny Worth every penny! I booked a trip a couple of weeks out and realized that my passport was expired. It's a long drive to the passport expediting office from where I live and I would have had to miss a whole day of work, plus gas and time to deal with an express renewal. I filled out the forms, triple-checked them, and walked through the process with an agent on the phone, then sent my documents out via Fedex. I got email notification during each step of the process, and my new passport arrived at my house five days later, with plenty of time to spare before my departure. Great service!
