GBUnprofessional/Terrible Service Little to no information for what is needed or how the process works until you fork money over. There are no passport agents around with appointments inside of a month. I've been on hold for the better part of an hour, but they are allergic to their phones it seems. Needing a refund ASAP, but I doubt they possess the professionalism to correct the issues. Give literally anybody else your money.

GBThis company is basically a money grab This company is basically a money grab. You don't need them to expedite your passport. You can do it all yourself through your local post office. They send you a bunch of paper work but leave out the fact you are supposed to have a release letter givingthem permissionto act on your behalf, a copy of your itinerary and can't process till 2 weeks before your trip to hand walk your application from your post office to fedex. The postmaster at my local PO said most people don't know the rules regarding a 3rd party representation. Save your money! YOU CAN DO IT!

GBabsolutely horrible!!! absolutely horrible, once they get your money, the communication goes south, they do not return emails or phone messages AT ALL! If you are lucky enough to get someone to answer, the standard answer I have been getting for over a week is "it is scheduled for fed ex delivery tomorrow, you will get an email with the tracking number later today." This has been the same answer everyday for a week now. I wish I knew of something else I could do, I feel so regretful that I attempted to use this company, I may be screwed.

GBDid I just make a mistake? I’m nervous I just sent my application exactly as directed. After reading this and getting a call From the local Post Master stating there are no walk ins allowed I’m nervous. We leave July 31 will I be able to track my progress? I’ll gladly give great reviews, I’m just worried now. I have tried to call and they know my name via automated system but no one answers when I ask to speak to rep.
