This company is a joke. I think they could provide a good service, but unfortunately the people you talk to (never the same person) are incompetent and will tell you something different every time you speak to them. Because these clowns never did what they said they would do and it went on for so long, that a debt ended up in litigation and now they won’t take it on and I am left to deal with it. I feel complete outrage and desperation when I thought I was on a path to redemption the past two years. They have failed to deliver.

Royal Legal Group is fraudulent Royal Legal Group is a fraudulent gang of crooks that lie and then lie about their lies. Phone calls are not returned and when I do call, no one has any background information about my account. Royal Legal Group claimed they had a settlement agreement with a creditor and mysteriously the last payment was reversed by the creditor. Royal Legal did nothing about it for A YEAR! Until I was served with a summons to appear in court. Then Royal Legal refused to honor the contract and represent me in the case, this has happened twice and is on going. The court when they found out who did this to me told me that Royal Legal has NEVER made an appearance in their court. And that I’m basically screwed.

Kevin C was helpful today Kevin C was helpful today - my bad for calling after the negotiators had left. Overall our experience with Royal Legal Group has been frustrating at best. I don’t know if it is just our situation, however, three of our four accounts that have been negotiated so far have ended up in legal action, requiring us to pay more money in and often pay for legal fees as well. We had to come up with 2 additional payments of $800 and one additional payment of $600 on top of the $554.32 that we pay monthly. So for April, May and June, our payments in will have totaled $3,862.96!! We have one more account to begin negotiating. I’m praying that this account will be negotiated without going to litigation.

I'm getting a little skeptical about… I'm getting a little skeptical about this organization. It seems that things are moving at a snails pace, yet the creditors are contacting me all of the time about settling the account. I'm concerned about the fees that keep being added to my accounts. I wonder if I should just negotiate with the creditors myself and move this along. Anyone have any input?
