I'm getting a little skeptical about… I'm getting a little skeptical about this organization. It seems that things are moving at a snails pace, yet the creditors are contacting me all of the time about settling the account. I'm concerned about the fees that keep being added to my accounts. I wonder if I should just negotiate with the creditors myself and move this along. Anyone have any input?

They were fast in signing me up, but it stops there They were fast in signing me up, but they have a very poor customer serve department. I have been trying for two weeks to get a refund on money that they withdrew after being told that it would be skipped. I talked to them three times sense then and I have had know refund. Credit score is going down because of overdrafts and late payments. I would look twice before going with this company.
