I did not have a good customer service… I did not have a good customer service experience. They could not answer my questions and I was spoke to like I was a idiot. The "expert" I was transferred to raised his voice at me and tried to intimidate me. He was very rude. I honestly don't think anyone is working on our account or reading the documents I am downloading. They take our payments every month, but haven't been doing anything with our creditors. We are very scared that we have made a huge mistake trusting this company.

I do not recommend using their service I do not recommend using their service. Too many issues to list. Extremely poor communication, unclear directions and follow up - bills you for a millions things after the fact.

This company is a joke. I think they could provide a good service, but unfortunately the people you talk to (never the same person) are incompetent and will tell you something different every time you speak to them. Because these clowns never did what they said they would do and it went on for so long, that a debt ended up in litigation and now they won’t take it on and I am left to deal with it. I feel complete outrage and desperation when I thought I was on a path to redemption the past two years. They have failed to deliver.

In program 1 year now, should I be worried? In program 1 year now. Called today regarding litigation notice, logged by Royal as received per email on March 18, 2020. Set for court date of May 20, 2020. The representative had nothing! Asked my to resend 18 page document. This was also loaded on my customer portal on March 18, 2020; and it seems to be missing now. Notice of hearing date there.
