I have been trying for two weeks to get a refund on money that they withdrew after being told that it would be skipped. I talked to them three times sense then and I have had know refund. Credit score is going down because of overdrafts and late payments. I would look twice before going with this company.

I did not have a good customer service… I did not have a good customer service experience. They could not answer my questions and I was spoke to like I was a idiot. The "expert" I was transferred to raised his voice at me and tried to intimidate me. He was very rude. I honestly don't think anyone is working on our account or reading the documents I am downloading. They take our payments every month, but haven't been doing anything with our creditors. We are very scared that we have made a huge mistake trusting this company.

Run! Run away quickly! During the 4 years I was involved with them, I resolved 2 of my 5 accounts myself and a 3rd one involved litigation which they don’t seem to take too seriously or urgently. They actually referred me to an attorney in a different practice.

Carla Carla, my wife, and I have been trying to get assistance and answers regarding our accounts. We sent our court papers in August and no one has been able to help us. We keep getting passed from one person to another with no results. I have asked several times to have someone call me 316-640-0234 and no one does. You did a great job with the other creditors but have clearly dropped the ball since August.

I'm getting a little skeptical about… I'm getting a little skeptical about this organization. It seems that things are moving at a snails pace, yet the creditors are contacting me all of the time about settling the account. I'm concerned about the fees that keep being added to my accounts. I wonder if I should just negotiate with the creditors myself and move this along. Anyone have any input?
