GBCarla Carla, my wife, and I have been trying to get assistance and answers regarding our accounts. We sent our court papers in August and no one has been able to help us. We keep getting passed from one person to another with no results. I have asked several times to have someone call me 316-640-0234 and no one does. You did a great job with the other creditors but have clearly dropped the ball since August.

GBI do not recommend using their service I do not recommend using their service. Too many issues to list. Extremely poor communication, unclear directions and follow up - bills you for a millions things after the fact.

GBNightmare! So far dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I'm on hold forever when I call. One person to the next has no clue what's going on with my account. I had changed my account information and have been dealing with them to get things straightened for almost a month now and it's still HORRIBLE. I am starting to question this business and whether they will truly be able to help me.

GBNo interest shown for my court date. Never heard back so l called and was told l need to see district attorney myself and.file a response..what ever that is..l will tell the court l have.no legal representation so I'll answer the best l can.

GBI'm getting a little skeptical about… I'm getting a little skeptical about this organization. It seems that things are moving at a snails pace, yet the creditors are contacting me all of the time about settling the account. I'm concerned about the fees that keep being added to my accounts. I wonder if I should just negotiate with the creditors myself and move this along. Anyone have any input?
