DO NOT USE UNLAWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES Do not do business with this company! Unlawful and dishonest business practices. Should be ashamed of themselves and are a disgrace; I’m shocked this company is able to operate in the United States.

This company is a joke. I think they could provide a good service, but unfortunately the people you talk to (never the same person) are incompetent and will tell you something different every time you speak to them. Because these clowns never did what they said they would do and it went on for so long, that a debt ended up in litigation and now they won’t take it on and I am left to deal with it. I feel complete outrage and desperation when I thought I was on a path to redemption the past two years. They have failed to deliver.

Run! Run away quickly! During the 4 years I was involved with them, I resolved 2 of my 5 accounts myself and a 3rd one involved litigation which they don’t seem to take too seriously or urgently. They actually referred me to an attorney in a different practice.

Nightmare! So far dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I'm on hold forever when I call. One person to the next has no clue what's going on with my account. I had changed my account information and have been dealing with them to get things straightened for almost a month now and it's still HORRIBLE. I am starting to question this business and whether they will truly be able to help me.

No interest shown for my court date. Never heard back so l called and was told l need to see district attorney myself and.file a response..what ever that is..l will tell the court l have.no legal representation so I'll answer the best l can.
