GBI would actually give Royal no stars I would actually give Royal no stars, if that was an option. We were very pleased with the program until about 2-3 months ago, not sure if they had a change in management. Communication became horrible, no one could help when I would call in. The response was always someone will get back to you in 3 business days, with no return phone call. Royal let a settlement fall threw the cracks without us being aware, this was our last account. After weeks of calling in to try and get updates, a new negotiation was done that was completely ridiculous, the settlement would have kept us in the program for another 7 months, when we could have been done with the original negotiation. I would not recommend this program.

GBRun! Run away quickly! During the 4 years I was involved with them, I resolved 2 of my 5 accounts myself and a 3rd one involved litigation which they don’t seem to take too seriously or urgently. They actually referred me to an attorney in a different practice.

GBRoyal Legal Group is THE BEST Royal Legal Group is THE BEST! They immediately improved my cash flow by $500 a month when I signed up. Then, less than a year into the program, I got into another cash flow bind due to legal problems number two son was having. I called Royal Legal Group and was able to work something out that allowed me to assist number two son, fix my cash flow issue (again), and continue on my road to correcting my financial situation. Royal Legal Group in general, and customer rep Kevin in particular, saved the day. Thanks RLG!

GBI do not recommend using their service I do not recommend using their service. Too many issues to list. Extremely poor communication, unclear directions and follow up - bills you for a millions things after the fact.
