GBThis company is the worse to try and… This company is the worse to try and talk to someone in person.I have tried calling several times and we play phone tag after I have been on the phone waiting for long time spans.. Last time I waited an hour and when I got the representative she told me she couldn't hear me and told me I had to call back and hung up on me.Funny as I have using the phone all day without a problem. Call back and I'm put on a computer message machine. They have stopped taking money out of my account but apparently it isn't a problem for them as there has been no communication for three months.

GBSo my account was to be closed out last… So my account was to be closed out last month and the balance in my GCS was to be returned. Didn't happen. And because of that, they took out another month's fee and tried to pay one of the creditors when it was obvious there wasn't enough in the account.

GBDo not use this company Do not use this company. The total settlement amount will not be anywhere close to what they estimate in the beginning. For more than a year they will collect ridiculous service fees and when it is close to the end of program they will leave you by yourself. The monthly drafts will increase a few times down the road but it won't be enough to settle all your debts and they will tel you to make your own payments after program ends. They won't send you any documents of your settlements and won't provide you an interface to track your payments. They won't call you back. You'll only receive generic responses and monthly bulk emails. They will have you accept the same or worse offers multiple times.

GBAvoid Pioneer I started with around $44k in credit card debt. I'm on the 4 year program scheduled to finish by September. I have one account remaining to settle and contacted pioneer earlier this year about paying off my remaining balance (around $4k in remaining payments) and they said it would take over $9000. They said I will have to make payments to the company directly after I complete the program if I don't pay any extra to then now. I have asked them to get a settlement offer from this last company but they refuse. They won't respond to emails or return phone calls. When I enrolled in the program I was told that I would most likely finish the program early. I have made all my payments on time so it's very frustrating that they were off by over $5000 and that they refuse to make any effort to settle this final account.

GBWithout a doubt the worst customer… Without a doubt the worst customer service of all time. They withdrew money out of my account and couldn’t care less about refunding the funds. So much attitude with every person in customer service. Look elsewhere.
