GBMy experience with Pioneer Law Firm has been a terrible experience! My experience with Pioneer Law Firm has been worse than Bad. My 2 years is up the end of this month and I am so glad. I still have 3 accounts that they haven't even touched and doesn't look like they will. I can't get anyone to call me back, I have called several times and was told Friday, Jan 13, that they had scheduled a conference call for me with a manager/supervisor. And of course they didn't call. There was one person that helped me, his name is Rubin Sosa, and he helped settle two claims that had gone to litagation, after two negotiators had told me they couldn't settle with these accounts. So I do thank him. But the rest of my experience has been one of the worst in my life. I strongly recommend that you find another way to help with your finances.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The fees they charge you for paying with your own money is ridiculous. They give you a small amount in the papers you sign when you begin but then it double and triples. If you must do debt refinance, do not use this company. Hidden fees!!!! Global Client solutions is also the company used by them. Don't use them either. I foolishly looked at other experiences and said that wouldn't happen to me but I was wrong. Seriously don't use this company.

GBWithout a doubt the worst customer… Without a doubt the worst customer service of all time. They withdrew money out of my account and couldn’t care less about refunding the funds. So much attitude with every person in customer service. Look elsewhere.

GBDo not use this company Do not use this company. The total settlement amount will not be anywhere close to what they estimate in the beginning. For more than a year they will collect ridiculous service fees and when it is close to the end of program they will leave you by yourself. The monthly drafts will increase a few times down the road but it won't be enough to settle all your debts and they will tel you to make your own payments after program ends. They won't send you any documents of your settlements and won't provide you an interface to track your payments. They won't call you back. You'll only receive generic responses and monthly bulk emails. They will have you accept the same or worse offers multiple times.

GBDisappointed in services Disappointed in services. I called earlier in the month of May to skip that months payment due to lack of funds to pay both my rent and payment. On the 22nd noticed that the funds earmarked for rent had been deducted from my bank account. After a call was reassured that the funds would be returned. After several calls and three weeks later am told to wait a additional 5 days to find out the outcome. And will be subject to pay a late fee because of this error.
