GBAvoid Pioneer I started with around $44k in credit card debt. I'm on the 4 year program scheduled to finish by September. I have one account remaining to settle and contacted pioneer earlier this year about paying off my remaining balance (around $4k in remaining payments) and they said it would take over $9000. They said I will have to make payments to the company directly after I complete the program if I don't pay any extra to then now. I have asked them to get a settlement offer from this last company but they refuse. They won't respond to emails or return phone calls. When I enrolled in the program I was told that I would most likely finish the program early. I have made all my payments on time so it's very frustrating that they were off by over $5000 and that they refuse to make any effort to settle this final account.

GBI have had a very poor experience with… I have had a very poor experience with Pioneer. There has been a huge lack of communication despite me asking for follow up phone calls or sending emails. I have been given incorrect information and now I find that I will be done with the program in November as stated but still owing a company a large amount which is unacceptable. I have been garnished by the three largest debts with no help from Pioneer. I have had to call and remind them to make payments to a debt settlement company and no one even apologized for that. I would not recommend this company and wish I had never gotten into this scam. I will be following up with someone to look into this mess as well. Stay away!!!!

GBFind a better way to solve your debt problems. Find a better way to solve your debt problems. I've been with them for about 3 years. My credit score went down more than 100 points and it is not recovering at all. It seems like I owe more money because of late fees than before I started the program. If they can't handle a problem they'll put it off on you stating that the law firm they are communicating with is a very "hard" law firm and ask you to pay more money monthly (basically the amount I paid prior to enrolling in their program) or handle the debt yourself. I'm EXTREMELY unsatisfied with their services and wish that I never started dealing with them in the first place.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The fees they charge you for paying with your own money is ridiculous. They give you a small amount in the papers you sign when you begin but then it double and triples. If you must do debt refinance, do not use this company. Hidden fees!!!! Global Client solutions is also the company used by them. Don't use them either. I foolishly looked at other experiences and said that wouldn't happen to me but I was wrong. Seriously don't use this company.

GBDisappointed in services Disappointed in services. I called earlier in the month of May to skip that months payment due to lack of funds to pay both my rent and payment. On the 22nd noticed that the funds earmarked for rent had been deducted from my bank account. After a call was reassured that the funds would be returned. After several calls and three weeks later am told to wait a additional 5 days to find out the outcome. And will be subject to pay a late fee because of this error.
