So my account was to be closed out last… So my account was to be closed out last month and the balance in my GCS was to be returned. Didn't happen. And because of that, they took out another month's fee and tried to pay one of the creditors when it was obvious there wasn't enough in the account.

Unethical and Sloppy Law David Krotine represents my landlord. For six months I have been attempting to get my door secured. Today I received this email message directly from Mr Krotine. “ Knock me over with a feather. He finally admitted he was wrong on something and agreed with a solution. He does not need to have his other questions answered unless Kelly wishes to volunteer the information, but don’t tell him I said this please. “ Leave alone the absolute sloppiness and breach as a lawyer to respond directly to someone with legal counsel, you can see he is advocating for continued deception. We have had an unsecured door that resulted in my wife almost being assaulted. Despite telling Mr Krotine this and providing ample video evidence of all the issues, his goal is to continue to stonewall. If you are looking for sound ethical legal counsel, I would strongly suggest not working with David Krotine.

5 year journey to recovery Having been a client for 5 years after a nasty divorce, they were able to help me get going in the right direction. I only had one issue with a lawyer that was on retainer that showed absolutely no interest in assisting me. In fact I felt like an inconvenience. awful customer service they messed up our payments- would submit multiple drafts in the same month without authorization and dragged their feet to get settlements- often times stating we needed to increase our monthly payment. keeping our fingers crossed that we are done with them and our credit scores start recovering but pretty sure i would have done better on my own- wished i had read these reviews first.

This company is the worse to try and… This company is the worse to try and talk to someone in person.I have tried calling several times and we play phone tag after I have been on the phone waiting for long time spans.. Last time I waited an hour and when I got the representative she told me she couldn't hear me and told me I had to call back and hung up on me.Funny as I have using the phone all day without a problem. Call back and I'm put on a computer message machine. They have stopped taking money out of my account but apparently it isn't a problem for them as there has been no communication for three months.
