Frustrated
GBAll followup has to be done by me The only account that has settled has negotiated directly with me. . . I sent the information regarding the settlement, and then I get a generic congrats email from you saying you settled on one account. I have a pending lawsuit, and on 7 occasions, you dropped the ball. Not uploading information, not returning my phone calls, not responding to the court. I am really second guessing my decision to enroll with you. I have been contacted by numerous law firms who already provide better attention to me.

GB5 year journey to recovery Having been a client for 5 years after a nasty divorce, they were able to help me get going in the right direction. I only had one issue with a lawyer that was on retainer that showed absolutely no interest in assisting me. In fact I felt like an inconvenience. Everyone else was top notch and I would recommend Pioneer to anyone. Thanks everyone- you guys are the best=

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The fees they charge you for paying with your own money is ridiculous. They give you a small amount in the papers you sign when you begin but then it double and triples. If you must do debt refinance, do not use this company. Hidden fees!!!! Global Client solutions is also the company used by them. Don't use them either. I foolishly looked at other experiences and said that wouldn't happen to me but I was wrong. Seriously don't use this company.

GBI have had a very poor experience with… I have had a very poor experience with Pioneer. There has been a huge lack of communication despite me asking for follow up phone calls or sending emails. I have been given incorrect information and now I find that I will be done with the program in November as stated but still owing a company a large amount which is unacceptable. I have been garnished by the three largest debts with no help from Pioneer. I have had to call and remind them to make payments to a debt settlement company and no one even apologized for that. I would not recommend this company and wish I had never gotten into this scam. I will be following up with someone to look into this mess as well. Stay away!!!!

GBWithout a doubt the worst customer… Without a doubt the worst customer service of all time. They withdrew money out of my account and couldn’t care less about refunding the funds. So much attitude with every person in customer service. Look elsewhere.
