BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE. I am a 22 year practicing attorney and I I have had a deeds.com account for several months and I was very satisfied in the beginning. However, if I needed an answer to a question, the answer never came. I tried to call the facility, but I never received a message back. After ordering several deeds, unbeknownst to me my account was deleted. Access to the deeds I have purchased is denied as well. I have tried to garner a response but can not. This is not the way to run a business and as I have spent quite a but of money I would like the deeds that I ordered.

Absolutely terrible service Absolutely terrible service. They requested forms in a format that was against what the county wanted. They would not answer questions directly and would not allow a call in. The closed my account stating that the program was resolved and when I sent them messages the sent me emails that required me to log into my account, which I could not do because they closed it. Very unprofessional and would not use. They replied to this post telling me to reply on their website, which I did and they deleted that review and blocked my account. COMPLETE SCAM. Of course they are going to only keep the good reviews.

Shady Business Practices County said that my deed did not meet the state transfer requirements for a true quitclaim deed. When I then checked the state code section reference, the section wasn't even valid. When I asked them to please provide a correct deed or refund, they cancelled my account (presumably so that I couldn't write a negative review?). At least they did provide a refund. Definitely will not use again, not because they had an error, but due to cancelling the account. Shady.

They spell Massachusetts incorrectly on the form template. I pointed out they incorrectly spelled Massachusetts as Massaschusetts on the deed template. Instead of correcting their misspelling, they snarkly cancelled my account. Seriously I'm supposed to submit a form to the State of Massachusetts with the State name spelled incorrectly????

I paid for a package that contained the… I paid for a package that contained the bargain and sale deed and all of the forms were from 2019. The NJ State forms have all been updated but they are charging you for old data.
