I purchased a package but had questions… I purchased a package but had questions about the fillable form. It's not very user friendly. I sent them an email with my questions because you can't talk to anyone. Well, instead of answering my questions, they closed my account! It's funny how they say they welcome your feedback when you open an account but when you do give them feedback that they don't like, they close your account. Very unprofessional!

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE. I am a 22 year practicing attorney and I I have had a deeds.com account for several months and I was very satisfied in the beginning. However, if I needed an answer to a question, the answer never came. I tried to call the facility, but I never received a message back. After ordering several deeds, unbeknownst to me my account was deleted. Access to the deeds I have purchased is denied as well. I have tried to garner a response but can not. This is not the way to run a business and as I have spent quite a but of money I would like the deeds that I ordered.

Great Resource Great Resource - Better than having to go all over to various county recorders' offices. However, I had a little bit of difficulty navigating the sight to actually obtain what I was looking for. Despite great labeling which seemed intuitive, when I clicked on the buttons to try to order a deed from a certain county, there was no response. Then I was redirected. It took a little while to figure out.

Simple request asked three times Simple request asked three times, and not full filled by the company. Purchased deed templates in late June 2023. Downloaded my order. No receipt for my purchase was provided in the download or emailed to me. I needed the receipt to get reimbursed for the expense. I inquired again three weeks later. Still no response from the company. Called the telephone number on the website (buried deep in the site). Went straight to a recording. No opportunity to leave a voicemail; no opportunity to speak with a representative. Earlier this week, I sent another email (in their portal) requesting the receipt. Made mention of potentially writing a “review” if it isn’t resolved. Then I receive a response: “Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.” The overreaction to the simple request for a receipt leads me to conclude this company isn’t reputable. They likely violated their TOS taking action they did. Use caution when using this company.

Shady Business Practices County said that my deed did not meet the state transfer requirements for a true quitclaim deed. When I then checked the state code section reference, the section wasn't even valid. When I asked them to please provide a correct deed or refund, they cancelled my account (presumably so that I couldn't write a negative review?). At least they did provide a refund. Definitely will not use again, not because they had an error, but due to cancelling the account. Shady.
