GBSeamless. Constant Improvements & Updates I started a management position and this was the platform that was recommended we use for scheduling and timesheets/payroll. At first, it was slightly complex but there’s a lot you can do on here! Over the past year, the software has made great improvements and now it’s super seamless to use. Really enjoy Deputy now 👏🏻

CACopy and paste glitches I like that I can copy and paste the shifts, this makes it a lot faster of a process. Deputy can have some glitches sometimes where you cannot paste shifts for backshift, as it pops up with an error stating it is a bad request: end should be greater than start. Usually, the next day deputy is back to normal.

GBDeputy rocks! Deputy has made it way easier to schedule employees. The clock in kiosk has been an amazing update compared to our last outdated system. We also no longer have to leave notes on my desk for requested time off. Deputy has made my job easier and has made employees lives easier.

AUPray nothing goes wrong. Customer service terrible So disappointed in their customer service. Have been trying to fix a synching issue with Xero for 5 months. Basically the customer service involves apologizing and saying the issue will be escalated. Its seems the goal is to make you so frustrated you give up. There is no way to speak to a manager or anyone in charge. They have set it up so there is no accountability. You will just keep going in circles Apart from the synching issues it seems to work well which is why the customer service response is so frustrating.

AUDeputy is a all round great application Deputy is a great application for managing all your roster needs. I am a Manager and really like the overview and easiness of the application. It has some great features that other platforms do not. Also the App is super handy for our team members to use and have when not at work. Great application.
