Customer support is woeful Customer support is woeful. Phone support assistants are trained to repeat your question. Then waste your time guiding you to the simple on line instructions you have already tried nine times out of ten. They can't help with anything even remotely complex. They waste so much of your time. I wasted an hour just trying to explain the problem to people who couldn't speak English very well. Borderline unethical given the claims they make.

Deputy is a all round great application Deputy is a great application for managing all your roster needs. I am a Manager and really like the overview and easiness of the application. It has some great features that other platforms do not. Also the App is super handy for our team members to use and have when not at work. Great application.

So far, so good! So far, so good! As someone who regularly rosters, would love more flexibility in viewing the Schedule. I had specifics but can't remember, other than that everything has been good :)

Efficient & Great Product Deputy makes my life so easy and simple every week for a Payroll that consists of 50 employees with timesheets. Every week I am able to export the timesheets into our Bookkeeping system, Xero and then load up the Payroll. It saves an amazing amount of time and eliminates any human error. I highly recommend Deputy to anyone.

Stay away Stay away. Doesn't work as advertised. Absolutely abysmal support. We raised a ticket in regards to data export issues ranging from: Incorrect data Missing Data Missing Shifts Incorrect pay rates Jumbled up data Incorrect calculations Duplicated shifts Basically what we're paying for the software to do.... In the week and a half we've been trying to get these issues resolved, we've lost two business days, have engaged with four people and still no one has actually started to actually deal with the issues. We passed from pillar to post by very courteous but useless support (based in Singapore) once of which Renz who only works between 22:00 & 07:00 UK time which is obviously no good to us as we are based in the UK. Does not work as advertised. Stay away.
