WORST COMPANY & CUSTOMER SERVICE The first time you purchase something from Bec Sheehan (Mahli the Label) she will give you a great experience! Then the second time they will F you over completely, Bec Sheehan takes advantage of all her customers by promising them an item they will never receive!!!! You will hear it's on a boat, then a plane and then a boat again but your item will never arrive in Australia!!!! BEST part is that when you order they don't even tell you it's PRE-ORDER.....YAY! I've waiting 6 months for a dress, they can't even respond to an email within a week, it takes 2 weeks at least. Still waiting for a refund after 6 months and have now gone to the ACCC.

Do not buy from them I have no idea what is going on with this brand. Made my first purchase many months ago on a preorder expected to arrive in May/June. It’s now nearly august and still no dress or tracking number or ETA on when the dress will arrive. It’s a really expensive piece, and I truly want it and love it but at this point I don’t know whether to keep waiting or request my money back. Communication from the brand has been pathetic - very inconsistent with replies, vague responses, and extremely unhelpful in providing updates or ways to remedy the situation. I will not be supporting this brand ever ever again!

SCAMMERS! REPORT THIS COMPANY. Scamming hundreds of people. Stealing money from suppliers and customers. Not sending orders. Lying over and over again. If you’re reading this and have had a similar experience with Mahli the Label, report the company to Fair Traiding Aus, ASIC or Consumer Affairs. Or all of the above if you can. This company needs to be shut down. If you have been scammed, report to your bank! It may take some time but they will get you your money back. Do not let these people steal from you. This company is a disgrace.

Absolutely terrible experience Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered boots that took over 6 months to arrive. Poor communication. No compensation offered. I am a small business owner myself so I’m blindsided but such dirt poor customer service and communication. The boots are made from absolute crap, they are now leaking this terrible white crap all over the from that can’t be washed off with leather cleaner. DO NOT order from the site.

I am in love!! I am in love!! Thankyou so much for my wonderful boots that arrived in the mail yesterday. There was a slightly longer than normal turn around with the order but Bec has been amazing keeping me in the loop along the way. I have ordered from this amazing company many times and continue to recommend them to my family a friends!
