Something fishy Like other people, I found them off insta but a few weeks after I placed my order still no shipping notification. They claimed my order was a pre-order but i didnt see anything like that when i checked out. Then I googled them and saw all the reviews of people who three months out did not receive their packages. I went into defense mode and emailed them. They reassured me they werent a scam but my guard was up. I asked them to cancel my order and they readily agreed and continued to follow up but never did. I opened a claim in paypal and ultimately was refunded by paypal. They claimed they werent a scam but they are.

Illegal trader Item received (eventually) and was faulty. Returned and told they couldn’t replace because they had no more stock. I asked for a refund as per consumer trading law and I get vague responses saying she’s “unable” to refund me and to “give her another chance”. I’ve lodged a dispute with Afterpay and with the Office of Fair Trading today. Please don’t trade with this dishonest company. New owner is now blaming the old owner for issues. She needs to honour all the returns and refunds if she’s acquired this business. I literally don’t care who owns it.

Luckily I paid via PayPal so got my money back a day after purchase, but they shipped my items 2 months later regardless and they are the worst things I’ve ever seen, incredibly ill made and crappy material, they are worse than clothing you might buy off Wish. AVOID

Scam company Scam company! Do not purchase from them! Ordered two jumpsuits in April 2023 that have never arrived. Have requested a refund numerous times via email and Instagram, and no email offering refund or refund has ever arrived. Have now lodged formal complaints with Fair trading QLD, my Credit card provider and Afterpay to investigate and hopefully refund me the hundreds of dollars I’m owed. Poorly run ‘business’ dodgy excuses for not delivering goods/refunds. Completely unprofessional to deal with, constantly using delay tactics and excuses. I think the rating and complaints speak for themselves, I wish I would have read them before ordering.
