GBI did not find this site to be user… I did not find this site to be user friendly or lead me in the direction I was looking for-family and connections to relatives. Also, I did not receive random emails from the site stating I was even a customer. I found out when I received my credit card statement

GBExcruciatingly slow I have reported to GenealogyBank some years ago that its site is almost unacceptably slow to load articles. It has papers I cannot access elsewhere, so I had to resubscribe, but the slowness has not improved. It's slower than any other online site of its kind or any kind. For the money subscribers pay, they should expect much faster service.
