CASearch Match has become faulty For several weeks, your Search Match service has been faulty (you say you found one new hit... but your link gives me 477 hits... making it impossible to find the "new" hit"). I finally decided to write to you in case you did not know about development. I RECEIVED A VERY GOOD, CLEAR AND POLITE response. I'm disappointed that it is taking so long to repair this fault and to again become WONDERFUL.

USI did find a lot much on obituaries I did find a lot of articles on my grandfather who was a jailbird. But I could find much on obituaries or anything else on my other relatives.

USCompassion and Humanity Two words leap out at me: Compassion and Humanity. Renee is just a very warm human being who does much more than simply find and convey information. She cannot possibly be compensated enough for what she does intuitively, and so well: understanding and supporting people at a time when they need it most.

USNot very useful I don’t think I found a single relevant reference in the newspapers website. Even when I had a citation from ancestry I couldn’t find the article. I stopped using it after a couple of months.

USExcruciatingly slow I have reported to GenealogyBank some years ago that its site is almost unacceptably slow to load articles. It has papers I cannot access elsewhere, so I had to resubscribe, but the slowness has not improved. It's slower than any other online site of its kind or any kind. For the money subscribers pay, they should expect much faster service.
