Great Customer Service Service rep made an extra effort to make sure they understood the issue and then duplicated it

Also, I did not receive random emails from the site stating I was even a customer. I found out when I received my credit card statement

I am able to find a considerable amount… I am able to find a considerable amount of family information when searching. I also like the fact that the filters provided, i.e., states, dates, plus obits, social security, census records, etc., help to narrow the search. Another important feature is the highlighting of the search subject.
