I appreciate the ease of use of their site and how they apply each state laws and such to the leases and documents. They make it so easy to create a lease and renewals too. I also appreciate the new lifetime subscription.

lots of bugs The website looks super useful at first glance but after you begin to use it, it quickly becomes obvious that a lot of work is still needed in order for this website to be a helpful tool instead of something that makes your life even harder. I will say their customer support is awesome but it doesn't help for them to tell you sorry all the time.

Being an owner/landlord/property… Being an owner/landlord/property manager in California, the laws and regulations change too fast for me to keep up. This is a great subscription. Easy to navigate with timely reminders. Build a very robust lease that is educational for your tenants to reduce the chance of disagreement. Now with lifetime.... would have done this 2 years ago.... Glad they are offering it now.
