Easy to navigate with timely reminders. Build a very robust lease that is educational for your tenants to reduce the chance of disagreement. Now with lifetime.... would have done this 2 years ago.... Glad they are offering it now.

Good product and easy to use nice web interface with easy prompts to customize your lease. It will cost you $38 to produce the final lease, but it is well worth it.

I've been using EZLandlordForms for…two rental units. I've been using EZLandlordForms for many years. I appreciate the ease of use of their site and how they apply each state laws and such to the leases and documents. They make it so easy to create a lease and renewals too. I also appreciate the new lifetime subscription.
