GBEZ Landlord is VERY easy to use and… EZ Landlord is VERY easy to use and includes forms that I would not have included in my leases that now protect me. Tenants like the easy of use also with online signing. Best online, continually updated lease program I have found!

GBFantastic protection! I've been using EZLF for years, and it has really taken a lot of the pain out of managing my propertiesh provided great legal insights specific to my state. My contracts have proven to be clear and enforceable.

GBSuper easy to create a lease Super easy to create a lease. I feel confident that all the bases are covered and comfortable moving forward with a tenant using this lease. In the past, I had to evict a tenant and EZ Landlord had the forms for that process too.

GBBeing an owner/landlord/property… Being an owner/landlord/property manager in California, the laws and regulations change too fast for me to keep up. This is a great subscription. Easy to navigate with timely reminders. Build a very robust lease that is educational for your tenants to reduce the chance of disagreement. Now with lifetime.... would have done this 2 years ago.... Glad they are offering it now.
