Being an owner/landlord/property… Being an owner/landlord/property manager in California, the laws and regulations change too fast for me to keep up. This is a great subscription. Easy to navigate with timely reminders. Build a very robust lease that is educational for your tenants to reduce the chance of disagreement. Now with lifetime.... would have done this 2 years ago.... Glad they are offering it now.

User friendly detailed lease I've used the EZlandlord lease forms for my 3 set of tenants over the years. The forms are so detailed, very user friendly and helps make the leasing process run smoothly. There are items in the lease I would never had thought of. I love that all the lease information is saved to be used for the next tenant. I don't have to re-create all that information each time.

Good product and easy to use nice web interface with easy prompts to customize your lease. It will cost you $38 to produce the final lease, but it is well worth it.
