GBI have been using this service for 10 yrs I have been using this service for about 10 years. I feel comfortable that the lease I create is unique to my current situation and tenant and that it is comprehensive, as well as legally binding. I appreciate the look of the lease and the ease of use/reading.

GBFantastic protection! I've been using EZLF for years, and it has really taken a lot of the pain out of managing my propertiesh provided great legal insights specific to my state. My contracts have proven to be clear and enforceable.

GBA+ product and customer service. This is a 5-star company with rapid and efficient customer service. I am just a private citizen with a rental property. No big business and this option is perfect for my needs. I plan on renting this condo long term, so I opted for the lifetime membership.
