GBBeing an owner/landlord/property… Being an owner/landlord/property manager in California, the laws and regulations change too fast for me to keep up. This is a great subscription. Easy to navigate with timely reminders. Build a very robust lease that is educational for your tenants to reduce the chance of disagreement. Now with lifetime.... would have done this 2 years ago.... Glad they are offering it now.

GBWe have used EZlandlord for a couple years and are happy… We have used EZlandlord for a couple years now for 2 rental properties. It has made the process much easier now that we are managing the properties on our own. Hard to find good property management. Just signed up for the lifetime, as we know we've found a great tool.

GBSuper easy to create a lease Super easy to create a lease. I feel confident that all the bases are covered and comfortable moving forward with a tenant using this lease. In the past, I had to evict a tenant and EZ Landlord had the forms for that process too.
