Being an owner/landlord/property… Being an owner/landlord/property manager in California, the laws and regulations change too fast for me to keep up. This is a great subscription. Easy to navigate with timely reminders. Build a very robust lease that is educational for your tenants to reduce the chance of disagreement. Now with lifetime.... would have done this 2 years ago.... Glad they are offering it now.

lots of bugs The website looks super useful at first glance but after you begin to use it, it quickly becomes obvious that a lot of work is still needed in order for this website to be a helpful tool instead of something that makes your life even harder. I will say their customer support is awesome but it doesn't help for them to tell you sorry all the time.
