GBAppealing to your Congressmember gets them to do their jobs accordingly. Would give negative star if I could. I got my passport on Tuesday but it took CALLING MY CONGRESSMAN AND MAKING A CASE for it to arrive on time. Called the passport center within the 5 day time period as they force you to do if you’ve already applied. NO APPTS IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY!!! It’s ridiculous. I feel for those who say they couldn’t get theirs in time. My biggest advice to help: do it early, or, if those fools don’t help- try to get your Congressmember to step in. Within a day of my congressman’s office filing with them, they got it to me. The customer service is horrid. They put you on hold for HOURS and when I ask to be transferred, I either get put on hold for another ridiculous amount of time, or, they HANG UP THE PHONE. The supervisors are useless. Seriously, do this 6 months or a year before if you had the chance, there’s no relying on them. (Paid for expedited service and 1 day shipping). A failure of the federal government and true show of the bureaucratic mess.

GBAbsolutely atrocious service Absolutely atrocious service. Passport was sent back incorrect twice. Made an appointment at passport office in DC. Waited over an hour after traveling 3 hrs to get there. Was then told to wait another 4 hrs for my passport. The woman next to me was sobbing because of the service she received. It's a disaster and poorly organized with no correct information for the public.

ITFast passport renewal 👌👌 Given only 4 weeks between business trips to renew my passport, including the Christmas/New Year holidays, the Passport office really helped me out. Including postage (recorded delivery) times from/to my home in Italy, my new passport arrived only 2.5 weeks after I had sent it! Bravo Passport Office!!

GBNot sure why they don’t have negative… Not sure why they don’t have negative stars….let’s recap! Customer waits on hold for two hours… Extra helpful worker: hi, how can I help Customer: waited 3 mo this for an online renewal with your speedy government website Extra helpful worker: what’s your application number…. Customer: oh thank goodness, some actual help, here it is Extra helpful worker: ok let me get you someone else that can help(put on hold) Customer: 10 minutes on hold….your wait time is 2-1/2 hours…. Huh Great job government! And Scott!

GBLady answered the phone and kept asking… Lady answered the phone and kept asking me questions and when I answered her and told her what happened with my passport that was sent with an error she told me she didn’t ask that and she was being so rude, I waited 2 hours on the phone until someone Answered and then she answered so rudely after she didn’t find appointment she hang up. What kind of customer service is that? Waited so long for someone to be so rude this si frustrating because they don’t help and on top of that are disrespectful.
