Unhappy customer
GBI have been trying to get in contact… I have been trying to get in contact with T@W for a few days now. Been on hold and have not been able to speak to anyone. Have put in 2 "contact us" cases and still noone has responded. This will be the LAST time I use Tickets at Work. I have always had good luck with them, but all of a sudden I am getting no customer service. I do not have order number because I never received an email confirmation nor is it listed under my orders on the website.

GBNO UPFRONT PRICING… It seemed that I had to go a around about way to get to the tickets I was interested with. Also it appears there isn't upfront pricing like other sites. I was somewhat surprised at the high fees, not so much with the taxes. I have to print receipts and or tickets, and yet I'm paying fees, doesn't seem right.

GBHappy Consumer I was so frustrated with the back-and-forth with a price adjustment issue. I escalated the issue and Richard Shankar called me within an hour and took care of my issue. I'm beyond grateful and happy with his professionalism and understanding of my issue. I have used tickets at work for over 10+ years and I am happy they value my loyalty.

GBwas great would have loved the seat… was great would have loved the seat selection to be interactive
