Lack of transparency of total price before submitting payment. I didn't like that the price changed after i submitted my payment. The price that was quoted was $250.20. After i submitted my credit card information the price increased about 12 dollars. The overall price was good but the lack of transparency of the TOTAL price was not great.

User Friendly User Friendly This was very easy and straight forward. I will make sure to use this site again. The prices are great and fair. It was easy to find what I was looking for. I will make sure to look here next time I want discounted tickets.

MY NAME WAS IN WRONG FOR 2 ROUND TRIP… MY NAME WAS IN WRONG FOR 2 ROUND TRIP FLIGHTS. TOOK 4 PHONE CALLS AT 45 MINUTES EACH TO CORRECT MY NAME. THEN, I REALIZED THEY REMOVED MY HUSBAND FROM ONE FLIGHT WHEN ALL THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO WAS CORRECT MY NAME SO IT WOULD MATCH MY ID. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO FOLLOW THROUGH. WILL NOW HAVE TO CALL AGAIN TO GET THAT RIGHT - MY HUSBAND'S NAME WAS FINE. AWFUL. WILL NOT USE AGAIN

Ticketsatwork are Thieves! I used Ticketsatwork to purchase two hotel rooms for March. I prepaid for the rooms in January. When I checked out of the hotel, the credit card I used for incidentals upon checking in was charged the full amount for the rooms. Apparently, ticketsatwork had never sent the payment along to the hotel. So now, I have paid once to ticketsatwork and once directly to the hotel. I have now had over 16 emails and phone calls to ticketsatwork to try to get someone to resolve this issue. It has been over four weeks since I stayed at the hotel. They are absolute thieves. Their customer service is the WORST. A different customer service rep responds each time to your emails. AGAIN....I have paid twice for the same hotel and they kept the money!! When they finally responded they said the hotel fees were correct because they were for incidental fees. This is even after sending them the itemized bills from the hotel explaining I paid for the rooms!
