THEN, I REALIZED THEY REMOVED MY HUSBAND FROM ONE FLIGHT WHEN ALL THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO WAS CORRECT MY NAME SO IT WOULD MATCH MY ID. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO FOLLOW THROUGH. WILL NOW HAVE TO CALL AGAIN TO GET THAT RIGHT - MY HUSBAND'S NAME WAS FINE. AWFUL. WILL NOT USE AGAIN

Scam Purchased round trip tickets to Japan. When choosing the tickets and while checking out, it clearly stated I was buying business class tickets both ways. Even on the confirmation page after purchasing the tickets it stated business class both ways. Once I received the confirmation email, it listed business class only one way. Fortunately I still had the website confirmation page open so I took a screenshot to show to customer service so they could resolve the problem. However, the person I spoke to through email did not try to help me at all and told me that was what I paid for. Even with the screenshot as proof that their site sold me business tickets, they would not honor it. What I was promised during my purchase and what I actually received was not the same. That is the definition of a scam. I will not ever purchase tickets from this company again
