GBTerrible, lying customer service Postings don't bother to mention "B" stock items carry NO factory warranty! It took DAYS to get them to answer return emails from Reverb, Then, it took almost 6 WEEKS after they got back the Roland Fantom 07 and refund my payment so I could turn around and buy a NEW 07 with full factory warranty. Then it took 2 more WEEKS to finally get it sent to me after I paid another $1200! When they did finally contact me, it was all patronizing excuses as to why the new one didn't even have the power supply! The box had been opened and the power supply was taken for someone else! They NEVER did send me one! I had to buy one elsewhere. Horrible, despicable customer service. I will never spend another dime here and unless you want to be treated like crap, I advise that you don't either. This is an absolute BULLCRAP way to conduct business, and I'm not the only one they screwed. They also won't let you leave a poor review rating. They block it to cover up their bad business tactics!

GBReceipt Doesn't Reflect What I Paid For I've bought a lot of products from ProAS. I've only had one significant problem over a number of years. I'd ordered an expensive piece of gear that was supposed to be in excellent used condition at a price significantly below what others were offering it for. I received my receipt for the used item after paying for it. However, I was then given the option to pay somewhat more for a new unit, the increase in price left it still well below the competition. I received the unit. I can't tell if it's mint used or new but it seems to be new. Now here's the problem. I wanted a receipt that showed it was a new item in case I ever wanted to sell it I thought it might make a difference. I was told they can't do that. They say their systems don't provide that option. That seemed quite lame. I never got the proper receipt. But otherwise good as I indicated, so 4 instead of 5 stars.

GBFender Player Telecaster… Ordered a used Fender Player Telecaster on Oct.6, 2023 (not realizing it was a holiday weekend). I was pleasantly surprised when a Fedex truck backed in my driveway on Oct.9 with a perfectly factory packed guitar that looks new to me. I set action and intonation and have been playing since.
