GBI’ve ordered many items I’ve ordered many items - guitars, amp, pedals, microphones, keyboards, etc., and never once had a problem. Actually, I had one problem with a Nord Piano. ProAudioStar put me in touch with the US distributor. The distributor gave me option of returning the piano or getting a huge discount and they’d send me the new wooden side panel that was cracked. They sent me two new side panels and knocked a few hundred off the price. I’ve read the reviews but I swear, proaudiostar has never let me down. Im a real person, a longtime customer and professional musician. The deals are always stellar and only one time did an item marked “used” actually look used. Everything else has been new condition in an open box. I admit, sometimes the prices are too good but again, they’ve been great.

GBCanceled My Order After Soliciting It Company reached out to me re: a “used” item I’d expressed interest in. They offered a deal, and I accepted and paid but not before attempting to upsell me to a new item. I know how this goes, so I declined. Heard nothing. Received no tracking number. Then, got an email that my order was canceled. Apparently, the “used” item they’d sold me was out of stock at the warehouse. I’ve purchased from PAS before with mixed results. Would have to be an amazing deal to get another chance.

GBTHEY ARE CROOKS THEY ARE CROOKS Lied up initiatiating a refund on an item I never received. Told me to call my bank, I did, no refund initiated. They said they'd have a manager call me in 5 mins, never heard back. Super shady.

GBHi I was leary on purchasing a squire… Hi I was leary on purchasing a squire telecaster but I must say I’m in awe with it and your company. I got the guitar in 3 days it came professionally packed the setup and action is spot on to my liking. Thanks again I will continue doing business with you Happy Holidays.

GBFantastic customer service It turns out I purchased the wrong guitar for me. After requesting a return, ProAudioStar responded without delay, kept communications open, arranged a RMA and label. Once received they quickly issued a full refund with no additional charges. Outstanding service!
