GBI’ve ordered many items I’ve ordered many items - guitars, amp, pedals, microphones, keyboards, etc., and never once had a problem. Actually, I had one problem with a Nord Piano. ProAudioStar put me in touch with the US distributor. The distributor gave me option of returning the piano or getting a huge discount and they’d send me the new wooden side panel that was cracked. They sent me two new side panels and knocked a few hundred off the price. I’ve read the reviews but I swear, proaudiostar has never let me down. Im a real person, a longtime customer and professional musician. The deals are always stellar and only one time did an item marked “used” actually look used. Everything else has been new condition in an open box. I admit, sometimes the prices are too good but again, they’ve been great.

GBAwfull looking fender plus top I went to the website and purchased a new fender player plus top. I received it in 3 days. Box had holes it but guitar didn't have any shipping damage. I purchased a new guitar and received a used one. Tag was off guitar, scratches all over the front, tremolo was not in the bag and loose in the box, the two allen wrenches weren't in the bag. And worst of all the maple flame was non existence except a little above the pickguard. Funky streaks running across the guitar. Worst looking plus top I have seen. I emailed proaudiostar four days ago and of course no response. I won't be purchasing anymore guitars or recommending them.

GBQuick shipping on a high end guitar for… Quick shipping on a high end guitar for 30% less than anywhere else. In fact, I could not get the price I got on brand new guitar with ProaudioStar on a used one from anywhere else. Guitar arrived in manufacturer sealed box in perfect new condition.

GBI ordered a guitar and receieved it… I ordered a guitar and receieved it damged, but not no damage to the box or package. I contacted them for a replacement and it took a month to get the replacement. Guess what? Also damaged, but again, no damage to packaging. I have a pretty good feeling at this point, they are selling damaged equipment knowingly. I'm done with them.

GBThese guys are crooks These guys are crooks! Placed an order on May 21. After reading several complaints....I canceled the order within an hour. Received an email from rep saying he'll check with shipping and get back to me. He never did. I followed up several times via email and phone all which were not returned or answered. Disputed the charge with Affirm. Today learn Affirm sided with ProAudioStar and I'm responsible for the loan on a product I never received. Now I'm being proactive and discovered tons of complaints on line and facebook about ProAudioStar.There are dozens of complaints of taking money and not shipping product. Next step is seeking legal advice.
