He may need to be a little more informative--I asked a lot of questions that were information he could have given me before I asked. He represents the company and could possibly sell membership with a little more of a sales pitch.

ZALoving the Zinio experience Loving the Zinio experience. Trying desperately to get away from piles of magazines, but still have the awesome 'magazine' experience. And it's fab with Zinio.. and their assistance is fabulous. If you experience a problem (like forget to take off your 'automatic renew subscription') they will assist. Really fab assistance every time I've needed it. Thank you. Also love that you can ACTUALLY reach someone, which isn't always the case these days when you experience a problem. Thank you!

GBTerrible Windows Tablet support Support for Windows tablet devices has been terrible since the Windows 8 app was withdrawn. Using the 'article' mode touch scrolling often skips to previous/next article making long articles extremely frustrating to read. The 'WebApp' online reader asks you to log in constantly. Surely I am not the only person trying to read on a Microsoft Surface device? Why is this experience so much worse than pampered Apple owners? Update: Zinio finally taking this seriously - will update review with the outcome

AEThe support agent immediately came on… The support agent immediately came on line, as I was having problems placing orders. Other sites, you may have to wait an indeterminate amount of time. I've been a client of Zinio for many years, and have always been very satisfied with its service.
