GBAvoid Issues are typically not available on ZINIO until weeks after actually published. Currently two issues of my subscription have been published, neither is available on Zinio, 1 is 6 weeks after publication and the other 2 weeks after publication. Not fit for purpose, avoid

CAThere was an error There was an error, and charged my CC account, but was reversed immediately as soon as I brought it to their attention. I have been a customer for many years, and mistakes have been few and far between, and always fixed to my satisfaction swiftly. I highly recommend Zinio for any magazine purchases!

AEThe support agent immediately came on… The support agent immediately came on line, as I was having problems placing orders. Other sites, you may have to wait an indeterminate amount of time. I've been a client of Zinio for many years, and have always been very satisfied with its service.

GBTerrible Windows Tablet support Support for Windows tablet devices has been terrible since the Windows 8 app was withdrawn. Using the 'article' mode touch scrolling often skips to previous/next article making long articles extremely frustrating to read. The 'WebApp' online reader asks you to log in constantly. Surely I am not the only person trying to read on a Microsoft Surface device? Why is this experience so much worse than pampered Apple owners? Update: Zinio finally taking this seriously - will update review with the outcome

AUMostly excellent I’m a little astonished at some of the negative reviews but then we can all have different experiences with these things. However I’m gobsmacked that quite a few people thought they were getting hard copies of magazines. It’s quite clear that this is a digital platform. My experience has been very good although sometimes I worry about the timeframe from when the magazine is released as to when it appears in my library. I assumed that it would be online as soon as it was in the newsstand. But altogether great app.
