ZAsubs transfer assistance A magazine I subscribed to had been discontinued with 3 issues still remaining. The help desk very quickly resolved the issue and gave me a voucher to use for another magazine I was interested in. I could find no fault with their handling of the query at all.

GBUpdate and renewal I needed to update payment and address details on renewal. They told me how to do this and also offered me a 20% discount on the renewal which I accepted and subscribed for another 12 months. I like the fact that it's a one-off payment up front and that's it for the year.
