Avoid Issues are typically not available on ZINIO until weeks after actually published. Currently two issues of my subscription have been published, neither is available on Zinio, 1 is 6 weeks after publication and the other 2 weeks after publication. Not fit for purpose, avoid

He may need to be a little more informative--I asked a lot of questions that were information he could have given me before I asked. He represents the company and could possibly sell membership with a little more of a sales pitch.

Great service Had a subscription that I could no longer afford and had troubles canceling. They reversed the recent charges and canceled my subscription in short order after getting in touch with them!

subs transfer assistance A magazine I subscribed to had been discontinued with 3 issues still remaining. The help desk very quickly resolved the issue and gave me a voucher to use for another magazine I was interested in. I could find no fault with their handling of the query at all.
