I contacted customer service via email I contacted customer service via email. I explained my problem. I was contacted by customer service within 10 minutes. I was told my problem had been resolved and how to access my on-line magazine. It worked! I had 2 followup emails from customer service inquiring if I was satisfied and offering me additional support if I needed it. Very satisfied with prompt service and follow up.

Mostly excellent I’m a little astonished at some of the negative reviews but then we can all have different experiences with these things. However I’m gobsmacked that quite a few people thought they were getting hard copies of magazines. It’s quite clear that this is a digital platform. My experience has been very good although sometimes I worry about the timeframe from when the magazine is released as to when it appears in my library. I assumed that it would be online as soon as it was in the newsstand. But altogether great app.

No clutter, read anywhere They have a wide selection of magazines that you can choose from and great subscription rates too. Since the files are in digital form you can read anywhere for as long as you have a gadget in you. It has all the advantages - it won't burn, it won't get torn, it won't eat your space unlike having paper magazines that will clutter your home or office in the long run. Good job. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service I ordered a digital subscription in error but the customer service team at Zinio were brilliant. They cancelled my order straight away and followed up with emails to make sure I'd received the refund. Couldn't fault it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them if I ever wanted a digital subscription in the future.

The customer service, Tom, has helped me resolve all kinds of issues I had within a very short period of time. I am very happy that I can read all kinds of magazines across the world!
