CAFast and courteous refund I didn't know that a subscription I had ordered was set to automatically renew. When I found the $76.40 charge on my credit card I was very upset. I contacted Zino Customer Service and explained my situation. Within less than 24hrs, a representative contacted me by email to let me know that they were processing my refund. I was very pleased with such fast and courteous service.

GBWHEN I WAS STRUGGLING TO SET UP A ZINIO… WHEN I WAS STRUGGLING TO SET UP A ZINIO ACCOUNT AND PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION, HELP JUST IMMEDIATELY APPEARED. I DID NOT HAVE TO ASK FOR IT. WITHIN MINUTES I WAS ENJOYING THE LATEST MARTHA STEWART LIVING MAGAZINE. THAT MEANS A LOT TO SOMEONE OF MY AGE WHO IS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH ALL THINGS DIGITAL.

GBUpdate and renewal I needed to update payment and address details on renewal. They told me how to do this and also offered me a 20% discount on the renewal which I accepted and subscribed for another 12 months. I like the fact that it's a one-off payment up front and that's it for the year.

AUMostly excellent I’m a little astonished at some of the negative reviews but then we can all have different experiences with these things. However I’m gobsmacked that quite a few people thought they were getting hard copies of magazines. It’s quite clear that this is a digital platform. My experience has been very good although sometimes I worry about the timeframe from when the magazine is released as to when it appears in my library. I assumed that it would be online as soon as it was in the newsstand. But altogether great app.

GBExcellent customer service I ordered a digital subscription in error but the customer service team at Zinio were brilliant. They cancelled my order straight away and followed up with emails to make sure I'd received the refund. Couldn't fault it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them if I ever wanted a digital subscription in the future.
