GBHe was able to answer my questions He was able to answer my questions. He was friendly and knowledgable. He may need to be a little more informative--I asked a lot of questions that were information he could have given me before I asked. He represents the company and could possibly sell membership with a little more of a sales pitch.

GBWHEN I WAS STRUGGLING TO SET UP A ZINIO… WHEN I WAS STRUGGLING TO SET UP A ZINIO ACCOUNT AND PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION, HELP JUST IMMEDIATELY APPEARED. I DID NOT HAVE TO ASK FOR IT. WITHIN MINUTES I WAS ENJOYING THE LATEST MARTHA STEWART LIVING MAGAZINE. THAT MEANS A LOT TO SOMEONE OF MY AGE WHO IS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH ALL THINGS DIGITAL.

CAThere was an error There was an error, and charged my CC account, but was reversed immediately as soon as I brought it to their attention. I have been a customer for many years, and mistakes have been few and far between, and always fixed to my satisfaction swiftly. I highly recommend Zinio for any magazine purchases!

GBFantastic customer service and a great app I use this app on my ipad, it's really intuitive and a great, environmentally friendly way to read magazines. I recently had an issue with a magazine subscription auto-renewing earlier than expected before I could cancel it. I reached out to Zinio via their website who responded and resolved the issue within just a few hours. Fantastic service! Zinio often have offers on their subscriptions and I'm looking forward to choosing my next magazine with them.
