Fast and courteous refund I didn't know that a subscription I had ordered was set to automatically renew. When I found the $76.40 charge on my credit card I was very upset. I contacted Zino Customer Service and explained my situation. Within less than 24hrs, a representative contacted me by email to let me know that they were processing my refund. I was very pleased with such fast and courteous service.

I was told my problem had been resolved and how to access my on-line magazine. It worked! I had 2 followup emails from customer service inquiring if I was satisfied and offering me additional support if I needed it. Very satisfied with prompt service and follow up.

Update and renewal I needed to update payment and address details on renewal. They told me how to do this and also offered me a 20% discount on the renewal which I accepted and subscribed for another 12 months. I like the fact that it's a one-off payment up front and that's it for the year.
