Fast and courteous refund I didn't know that a subscription I had ordered was set to automatically renew. When I found the $76.40 charge on my credit card I was very upset. I contacted Zino Customer Service and explained my situation. Within less than 24hrs, a representative contacted me by email to let me know that they were processing my refund. I was very pleased with such fast and courteous service.

Zinio is a great app for magazines… Zinio is a great app for magazines subscription! The customer service is very resourceful and patient! The customer service, Tom, has helped me resolve all kinds of issues I had within a very short period of time. I am very happy that I can read all kinds of magazines across the world!

Avoid Issues are typically not available on ZINIO until weeks after actually published. Currently two issues of my subscription have been published, neither is available on Zinio, 1 is 6 weeks after publication and the other 2 weeks after publication. Not fit for purpose, avoid
