Personal Customer Service I called to cancel a subscription. The customer service provided by Ida was very much appreciated. She promptly honored my request and only asked me for the reason for my cancellation. I consider the ability to speak with a real person directly over the phone with questions or requests for my account to be of Great Value as I continue to do business with Weiss Ratings.

I called Weiss Ratings Co I called Weiss Ratings Co. to try to resolve a computer problem I was having with installing an account on a website. I followed their well done tutorial but was unable to get to the end. After days literally of trying on my own to resolve this problem,I was quite distraught so I called Weiss Help and got Kevin. From the start, he was reassuring and let me know that my lack of abilities on the computer were not a problem and he would spend whatever time was needed to solve the issue to it's end. This was an enormous change to the normal "going in circles" or rush job from help on line. In fact my problem ended up being the simplest of issues, it just took a full hour to run it down!! What a calm, polite, patient person. Thank you so much!

Great customer support from Ida My customer service rep, Ida, was great. She answered all of my questions satisfactorily and was quick to send me a follow-up email with the information I requested. To make sure I received what I requested she stayed with me on the line until I confirmed that the links worked properly. She was an absolute delight to talk to.
