Weiss hires quality support people I called Weiss Support this morning & talked to a young man in FL named Kevin. He was so very helpful to me. I'm over 70 yrs olds it takes some patience to work with me plus 3 months ago I switched from using windows to a Mac which is supposed to be intuitive... but it's not to me. Kevin signed me up for the Weiss Safe Money Membership, sent me a temporary password, & helped me navigate the website. He's personable, professional & he knows his product. Kevin represents Martin Weiss & his company extremely well.

Alan gets an A+ Weiss Ratings has a computer send out renewal emails automatically. I was confused about this and called there several times and only got an answering service. I used the star button for a call-back, but never got a return call. I was ready to put a very nasty Weiss Ratings review on-line and on Facebook when I FINALLY got Alan on the phone, who patiently listened to my complaints, answered my numerous questions and clarified what was going on with the automatic renewal messages. Thank you, Alan, A+; my blood pressure has returned to normal! Weiss should hire more people to answer their phones so clients aren't subjected to these frustrations, or maybe clone Alan. I called Weiss Ratings Co I called Weiss Ratings Co. to try to resolve a computer problem I was having with installing an account on a website. I followed their well done tutorial but was unable to get to the end. After days literally of trying on my own to resolve this problem,I was quite distraught so I called Weiss Help and got Kevin. From the start, he was reassuring and let me know that my lack of abilities on the computer were not a problem and he would spend whatever time was needed to solve the issue to it's end. This was an enormous change to the normal "going in circles" or rush job from help on line. In fact my problem ended up being the simplest of issues, it just took a full hour to run it down!! What a calm, polite, patient person. Thank you so much!

Weiss Crypto I have found Weiss Ratings Crypto Portfolio to be no better than my own judgement of the market. In 2 years I didn't make any money from their expensive membership which I could not have made without my own judgement. I asked for a discount on a third year to try and make it pay for itself but I was denied. I signed up for their much much cheaper crypto daily and I could literally find out the information they are telling me from any other free crypto news letter. And the free info documents are laughable. Buy RNDR, MATIC! Wow! Thanks! All in all not overly impressed. They claim to be accurate in their predictions however it is not hard to collate the information they share by yourself.
