GBIda at Weiss Ratings was able assist me… Ida at Weiss Ratings was able assist me with processing my app. to purchase a ticket for the upcoming Weiss Summit in Boca Raton due to being very diligent and patient. I could not get the app to complete my transaction even though I had tried numerous times over a two day period and from different computers. Ida was able to navigate the app after also having some trouble with it and resolved my problem. Thank you very Much Ida! - Dave

GBAlan gets an A+ Weiss Ratings has a computer send out renewal emails automatically. I was confused about this and called there several times and only got an answering service. I used the star button for a call-back, but never got a return call. I was ready to put a very nasty Weiss Ratings review on-line and on Facebook when I FINALLY got Alan on the phone, who patiently listened to my complaints, answered my numerous questions and clarified what was going on with the automatic renewal messages. Thank you, Alan, A+; my blood pressure has returned to normal! Weiss should hire more people to answer their phones so clients aren't subjected to these frustrations, or maybe clone Alan. DEThis company should be investigated This company should be investigated, Before you enter there things like you will get signals only after paying you are sent emails hoping to get signals only to learning every e-mail you open you have to pay. Not transparent.

GBPersonal Customer Service I called to cancel a subscription. The customer service provided by Ida was very much appreciated. She promptly honored my request and only asked me for the reason for my cancellation. I consider the ability to speak with a real person directly over the phone with questions or requests for my account to be of Great Value as I continue to do business with Weiss Ratings.
