GBI called Weiss Ratings Co I called Weiss Ratings Co. to try to resolve a computer problem I was having with installing an account on a website. I followed their well done tutorial but was unable to get to the end. After days literally of trying on my own to resolve this problem,I was quite distraught so I called Weiss Help and got Kevin. From the start, he was reassuring and let me know that my lack of abilities on the computer were not a problem and he would spend whatever time was needed to solve the issue to it's end. This was an enormous change to the normal "going in circles" or rush job from help on line. In fact my problem ended up being the simplest of issues, it just took a full hour to run it down!! What a calm, polite, patient person. Thank you so much!

DEThis company should be investigated This company should be investigated, Before you enter there things like you will get signals only after paying you are sent emails hoping to get signals only to learning every e-mail you open you have to pay. Not transparent.

GBWeiss hires quality support people I called Weiss Support this morning & talked to a young man in FL named Kevin. He was so very helpful to me. I'm over 70 yrs olds it takes some patience to work with me plus 3 months ago I switched from using windows to a Mac which is supposed to be intuitive... but it's not to me. Kevin signed me up for the Weiss Safe Money Membership, sent me a temporary password, & helped me navigate the website. He's personable, professional & he knows his product. Kevin represents Martin Weiss & his company extremely well.
