USTerrible Customer Service Plastiq customer service has been horrible since filing for bankruptcy in May. Horribly disappointed in Plastiq!

CAIncredibly poor customer service Incredibly poor customer service. I rarely need help but when I do, you cannot receive any help with a live agent. It is simply a robot sending you useless articles telling you to open up a ticket that someone will respond to once again by email. Horrible service and this issue was time sensitive from a tax perspective. Find another solution!

USPLASTIQ stole $4000 from me PLASTIQ stole $4000 from me, plus the $116 processing fee. WEEKS after i initiated the transaction, the vendor contacted me to say they hadn’t received payment. Plastiq now says they can’t find my transaction (and is completely unresponsive) despite the fact I see the transaction on my dashboard, have screen caps, and the money was deducted from my account. I totally believe Plastiq is a scam.

CADo not use! 1. Customer service almost non existent. 2. Being told I can use a referral, then refused to provide what was promised = liars. 3. Do not take Amex anymore 4. High 2.9% fees when there are other companies less expensive out there.

USPlastiq Plastiq, in theory, is a good platform. That said, their support of their platform is worrisome. Good luck getting help if something doesn't work correctly. No phone number to call. Slow turnaround time on emails. Overall unhelpful responses. Until support is better I cannot recommend using them.
