Plan FAR ahead for their checks to be received Very convenient and a big bonus if you want to pay mortgage or HOA fees and earn credit card bonus miles. My only issue is that it sometimes takes longer than advertised for the payments to be received by the payees that require Plastiq to send a check. They advertise 8 business days but I’d plan on 12-14 days if you care about your credit rating. Nothing like getting two calls from your mortgage holder to bring that close to home. Use with care.

When I used plastiq years ago the credit cards could be used to pay everything, now it is very limited on how you can use the cards. Also, the plastiq fee is too high. The fee used to be more reasonable so the rewards rate would cancel out the plastiq fee. I do like the concept and plastiq is helpful if you want to hold on to your liquid capital for various reasons but there is too many stipulations on how each credit card can be used especially if you have your own business.

Sent over $50k through Plastiq. Working on moving to competitor at this point. Customer service isn’t helpful, just says sorry.

Terrible Customer Service Plastiq customer service has been horrible since filing for bankruptcy in May. Horribly disappointed in Plastiq!
