USEasy to pay rent I live in a house with 4 other people. Our landlord requires a single check monthly but on a couple days before pay day. I pay rent using my Amex through Plastiq and have housemates send me their split. I get the point equivalent of $5,000+ each month by doing this (minus the fee) ON TOP OF getting my regular monthly rent paid. All I had to do was upload a version of the lease agreement to verify my landlord and schedule re-occurring payments through my lease agreement.

USLike your money held hostage? Use Plastiq! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this service. My wire transfer is now over a week late with zero communication from customer service. Don’t bother emailing support, account services, or any of the other bogus emails they mention here because *spoiler alert* they don’t respond back. EVER. Nearly a thousand dollars are being held in their purgatory with my vendor holding my shipment overseas, severely crippling me. Wanna make things right, @plastiq? Expedite my refund today.

USI don’t find your platform to be the… I don’t find your platform to be the friendliest. The tabs are not intuitive so I’m constantly checking to locate the correct one. And why don’t payments go directly vs a two- to three-day wait period, especially when you charge a fee!!!!

USEasy repeat transaction Easy repeat transaction - just a couple of clicks and then input the amount. They give a date for expected delivery and then follow up with email when cheque is deposited.

USI would like to thank the customer… I would like to thank the customer service department for helping solve a problem with me making a mistake with an address for paying my mortgage. The address changed and l forgot to change it in the Plastiq portal. Plastiq refunded the funds back to my Mastercard.
