GBDisorganized company and I wasn't impressed with their technicians They sent 4 different technicians out to service my walk-in cooler and they each had a different diagnoses. They wanted to charge for each person's hourly service rate plus whatever equipment they ordered for the job (which wasn't needed). When I called to tell them that I wouldn't pay for their staff's education and equipment that wouldn't be used, the lady who handles the billing said I had a point and to just pay for an agreed upon portion of the service and my bill would be settled. Over the next 4 months I received invoices for a balance, which I was told I didn't have to pay. This lead to me calling them monthly to remind them what they told me. Eventually, I stopped being hassled. 2 stars because the fourth guy did eventually fix the cooler.

GBWATCH OUT form their TRANSPORTATION CHARGE Asked to come out to fix a fryer locally-- had never seen the machine before--- worked for two hours educating himself on the unit- charged for two hours- no problem--- but the company went a charged a $175.00 transportation fee on top of that- signed before he left--- but was not explained that the charge would be included--- called the office to dispute the charge and follow up on parts that needed to be ordered from manufacturer--- refused to pick up phone and never heard from them again-- CROOKS and they seem to get away with it consistently????

GBTechnician Cyrus Cyrus was prompt and courteous while troubleshooting the reach in cooler. diagnosed the problem and returned 2 days later installed new part and checked operation of equipment. Cyrus then this past Wednesday to finalize a new Avenger dish washing machine and perform a factory check and performance procedure. Cyrus shows his competence and knowledge. Very good tech. Steve

GBExpensive BUT worth it because the job is done right! As a business owner, having downtime is not good! Whaley makes sure things get done and the right way. Pricing is much higher than the average but it beats paying someone doing half of the job for half of the price. I only use Whaley because I know it gets done correctly. Also, Gina is my favorite. GBVery disappointed Just a bad experience from beginning to end. It took 2 months to fix a simple repair job on a 2 door freezer. I kept calling to see when a technician was going to show up to finish the job and they would set a date and not show. This happened 3-4 times. Weeks would go by. Finally got the general manager on the phone and he said he would take care of it and also adjust the bill due to all the issues. Bill came without adjustment. I called the Charlotte office to talk through this issue and the lady said she would talk to general manager and get back to me. Still haven't heard back and it's been weeks. I would be happy to talk with someone who cares. Not sure anyone does at this location. We have experienced similar issues from the Greenville, SC branch.
