GBDisorganized company and I wasn't impressed with their technicians They sent 4 different technicians out to service my walk-in cooler and they each had a different diagnoses. They wanted to charge for each person's hourly service rate plus whatever equipment they ordered for the job (which wasn't needed). When I called to tell them that I wouldn't pay for their staff's education and equipment that wouldn't be used, the lady who handles the billing said I had a point and to just pay for an agreed upon portion of the service and my bill would be settled. Over the next 4 months I received invoices for a balance, which I was told I didn't have to pay. This lead to me calling them monthly to remind them what they told me. Eventually, I stopped being hassled. 2 stars because the fourth guy did eventually fix the cooler.

GBAwful Experience Your customer service is lacking. You purchased a really good company in CKE and the service that I was used to with CKE is not provided by the current company. I wish the change had never been made. You've lost my business for all future parts purchases.

GBTechnician Cyrus Cyrus was prompt and courteous while troubleshooting the reach in cooler. diagnosed the problem and returned 2 days later installed new part and checked operation of equipment. Cyrus then this past Wednesday to finalize a new Avenger dish washing machine and perform a factory check and performance procedure. Cyrus shows his competence and knowledge. Very good tech. Steve
