Great service... They listen and understand the importance of working equipment!! Would recommend to anyone who needs service for their restaurant or food truck equipment. Servicemen come to sight after hours! Love them!

This company is awful This company is awful. Called them out to fix a freezer and they charged me close to $1000 and it did not work. They fixed it three times (and charged each time they came out) and my product was ruined. Ended up having to threaten to sue them to get there insurance company information. Called out another company and the repair guy said that everything Whaley did was wrong and a waste of money He said the condenser was toast and could not hold a charge. He recommended trashing the freezer and did not charge me for a service call. Whaley stopped taking our calls.

Expensive BUT worth it because the job is done right! As a business owner, having downtime is not good! Whaley makes sure things get done and the right way. Pricing is much higher than the average but it beats paying someone doing half of the job for half of the price. I only use Whaley because I know it gets done correctly. Also, Gina is my favorite. WATCH OUT form their TRANSPORTATION CHARGE Asked to come out to fix a fryer locally-- had never seen the machine before--- worked for two hours educating himself on the unit- charged for two hours- no problem--- but the company went a charged a $175.00 transportation fee on top of that- signed before he left--- but was not explained that the charge would be included--- called the office to dispute the charge and follow up on parts that needed to be ordered from manufacturer--- refused to pick up phone and never heard from them again-- CROOKS and they seem to get away with it consistently????

Awful Experience Your customer service is lacking. You purchased a really good company in CKE and the service that I was used to with CKE is not provided by the current company. I wish the change had never been made. You've lost my business for all future parts purchases.
