As for the service provided to MARTA, the repairs were completed satisfactorily, except that 1. Whaley Foodservice could not give me a scheduled date/time for the service. 2. I received no advanced notification of the repair technician's arrival to evaluate the machine. 3. The time between evaluation and repair was far too long and too expensive - purchasing a new brewer would have been more cost effective and timely.. 4. I received no advanced notification of the repair technician's arrival to complete the repair. Whaley Foodservice should, based on the equipment model, be able to inform the customer on the availability of pares and provide the customer with a time-frame for the repair.

GBNever fixed the problem spent $3000 for nothing. My broiler was getting to hot. They came out 4 times replacing all different parts that can only be bought through Whaley. I called another company who came out swapped the bottom and top orifices, and I'll be; it is fixed.
