Whaley is the First call I make for every part needed! I have been in the HVAC/R and cooking equipment business for 15 years. 12 of these years, I have called Whaley first every time for every part I need to order. I appreciate their prompt response, accurate and fair pricing, incredible shipping times, and the knowlege of the very quality and friendly staff. I highly recommend building a relationship with this company.

Service gave wrong diagnostic and charged ,$150.00 without checking the refrigerator. He just looked at the unit and suggested a new compressor and condenser. I replaced thermostat and it cost $89.00 I did the repair myself and the unit is working fine the thermostat was replaced for $89.00. Your Repairman was just anxious to get the service charge of a $149.00 and leave. What a ripoff? Sorry it was a very bad experience.

Never fixed the problem spent $3000 for nothing. My broiler was getting to hot. They came out 4 times replacing all different parts that can only be bought through Whaley. I called another company who came out swapped the bottom and top orifices, and I'll be; it is fixed.

whaleys service review I have been at cape fear now for about 7 years and throughout this time I have called about Whaley food service to repair different units in out dietary department or I may have had to order some parts and Whaley has always been very good in service and very professional. I would not hesitate to call on Whaley again . I would like to say thanks for always being there for us.

Very disappointed Just a bad experience from beginning to end. It took 2 months to fix a simple repair job on a 2 door freezer. I kept calling to see when a technician was going to show up to finish the job and they would set a date and not show. This happened 3-4 times. Weeks would go by. Finally got the general manager on the phone and he said he would take care of it and also adjust the bill due to all the issues. Bill came without adjustment. I called the Charlotte office to talk through this issue and the lady said she would talk to general manager and get back to me. Still haven't heard back and it's been weeks. I would be happy to talk with someone who cares. Not sure anyone does at this location. We have experienced similar issues from the Greenville, SC branch.
