One item camed damaged, the box was damaged in transit I contacted swell obviously immediately, I had a reply within 5 mins and a refund instantly on reply - I was offered another been sent out too. Horrendous customer service, shop elsewhere Why oh why was I so stupid to give this company another go. Ordered a bulb 3 weeks ago which blew within 24 hours. All I want is a replacement (as I have checked all my equipment is ok) and I have had 1 response so far telling me to check my equipment. I've got the bulb here to return if they want it. I've tried calling them but their phone lines don't work. Starting to wonder if this is a scam company.
