Abysmal Online Customer Service Be very wary of ordering online from this store, because if anything goes wrong (eg. item not delivered), the customer service after-care is incredibly poor. They are just not interested in helping, they have no empathy, and they are not prepared to do anything which requires any effort on their part. It's a shame because the staff in the store can't do enough for you, but the ones who deal with online queries really let the business down. I won't be ordering anything in the future, and would advise others to shop around first before relying on this business.

Excellent customer service and great product Excellent customer service. Emily and Holly solved my lost my lost parcel issue right away (Yodel had lost my parcel) The product itself exceeded my expectations from a build quality perspective, and it does keep the humour just right for my mini orchids. Couldn’t be happier :)

Excellent customer service! I bought a couple items and one was a bulb that wasn’t working when arrived, I contacted them with pictures etc and spoke with both Miah and Holly whom within not even 24hrs they have sorted a new one to be sent out! (This is due to the customer service operating hours) very pleased and will be ordering from this company again

Very disappointing customer service Very disappointing customer service. We received no update on our order, when I chased I was advised there is delays in the warehouse and they are working on it. That is fine, I understand things can be delayed but the lack of communication is pretty poor. Won’t be rushing back to shop here in the future.
