Thought I put the wrong delivery address, emailed swell customer service took the time to get all the correct information and replied very quick and was resolved. One item camed damaged, the box was damaged in transit I contacted swell obviously immediately, I had a reply within 5 mins and a refund instantly on reply - I was offered another been sent out too. I was sent crickets instead of calci worms and Holly was quick to respond to my email and quick to message the provider to get the right ones sent. Will definitely be ordering again. Haven't had an issue in the past when ordering from this company. And they were quick to fix the mistake.
