Excellent customer service! I bought a couple items and one was a bulb that wasn’t working when arrived, I contacted them with pictures etc and spoke with both Miah and Holly whom within not even 24hrs they have sorted a new one to be sent out! (This is due to the customer service operating hours) very pleased and will be ordering from this company again

I recently bought my first tropical… I recently bought my first tropical tank from these guys, was fast and easy delivery and made two more purchases after that. Thought I put the wrong delivery address, emailed swell customer service took the time to get all the correct information and replied very quick and was resolved.
