This company goes above and beyond This company goes above and beyond. I had an issue with my order and they were quick to sort it out. I was sent crickets instead of calci worms and Holly was quick to respond to my email and quick to message the provider to get the right ones sent. Will definitely be ordering again. Haven't had an issue in the past when ordering from this company. And they were quick to fix the mistake.

Incredibly incompetent. Advertise that orders received before 5pm will be despatched for next day delivery. Order confirmed at 12.28 for next day delivery on 18th March 2024 at a cost of £5.99. Informed that item was waiting for collection by courier at 18.28 - pretty sure Royal Mail don't collect at that time of the evening. Item not even with Royal Mail at 10.45 on 19th March 2024 - tracking shows that they are expecting the item. Not good enough. Contacted Swell and was assured it should be here within 48 hours.....I paid for next day delivery. UPDATE. It's now 19.30 on 19th March 20204 - RM STILL have not received this item. Swell have refunded the next day delivery fee. But no idea when the item might actually be received by RM or even delivered to me.

Emily and Holly solved my lost my lost parcel issue right away (Yodel had lost my parcel) The product itself exceeded my expectations from a build quality perspective, and it does keep the humour just right for my mini orchids. Couldn’t be happier :)
