Excellent customer service! I bought a couple items and one was a bulb that wasn’t working when arrived, I contacted them with pictures etc and spoke with both Miah and Holly whom within not even 24hrs they have sorted a new one to be sent out! (This is due to the customer service operating hours) very pleased and will be ordering from this company again

This company goes above and beyond This company goes above and beyond. I had an issue with my order and they were quick to sort it out. I was sent crickets instead of calci worms and Holly was quick to respond to my email and quick to message the provider to get the right ones sent. Will definitely be ordering again. Haven't had an issue in the past when ordering from this company. And they were quick to fix the mistake.

Quickly solved issue. Had an issue with an item ( bulb), confirmed my order number, provided photos etc and a replacement was organised straight away. No fuss or issues. Great service.

Very helpful I emailed swell reptiles them inform them that I had not received part of my order they sorted it out straight away and I had it delivered the next day. I am very happy.
