GBThis business is extremely… This business is extremely unprofessional. Their customer service is horrendous and it takes forever to get a resolution. I ordered 2 records totaling in over $300 plus rush shipping and there is no way to get updated on where in the process my order is? Furthermore, once I realized that I wouldn't get my order in time, even with rush delivery, I asked for a refund. When they finally responded, I was told there were no refunds due to the personalization process and that my records were "most likely" in the process. A month later I get a random email now stating that my records need further editing because the time exceeds the limit, but they can just refund me since it might take another 20 days before it ships. I responded with questions and am sure it will take another 20 days to get a proper response. Save yourselves and use another company. The stress is not worth it. Horrible experience.

GBVinyl Awesomeness!!! Just the experience from start to fininsh was more than anyone could have hoped for. In this day and age where it seems customer service has really deteriorated greatly, this company proved there is hope in outreach and in quality product creation and productivity.

GBExtremely disappointed and received no help I ordered my custom vinyl on December 3. I also paid for the expedited processing and shipping. Well guess what? It’s December 22 and I have not received any update on my order. I have tried contacting them several times and I keep getting generic responses this was supposed to be a very special Christmas gift, which I am certain will not be here now. Their website does say during the holidays processing can take up to 25 days it does not specify that this applies to the expedited processing that I paid extra for. Also it says on the website that the 25 days is highly unlikely. I am extremely disappointed.

GBEverything that could've possibly gone… Everything that could've possibly gone wrong, did go wrong. I spent nearly $30 on a custom CD to receive it in a case that has a HUGE crack down the center plus other small scratches, AND TERRIBLE quality photos with ABSOLUTELY NO SET LIST! Never will buy from this company again.
