GBExtremely disappointed and received no help I ordered my custom vinyl on December 3. I also paid for the expedited processing and shipping. Well guess what? It’s December 22 and I have not received any update on my order. I have tried contacting them several times and I keep getting generic responses this was supposed to be a very special Christmas gift, which I am certain will not be here now. Their website does say during the holidays processing can take up to 25 days it does not specify that this applies to the expedited processing that I paid extra for. Also it says on the website that the 25 days is highly unlikely. I am extremely disappointed.

GBPhenomenal customer service I ordered a record for my friend’s birthday. It was super easy to pick songs, I didn’t have to upload them myself. Some of the pictures I uploaded were of low resolution, and someone from the company reached out to me to check if I wanted to upload new/higher resolution ones, which I did! Great customer service, and they printed the replacement stickers/cover for free.
