GBEverything that could've possibly gone… Everything that could've possibly gone wrong, did go wrong. I spent nearly $30 on a custom CD to receive it in a case that has a HUGE crack down the center plus other small scratches, AND TERRIBLE quality photos with ABSOLUTELY NO SET LIST! Never will buy from this company again.

AEExtremely efficient, must buy! I live in Dubai and searched for a vinyl print all over the UAE and couldn't find any. I even asked print-shops and they said no, I had to order in bulk - or they just weren't offering the service. Thankfully, i have family (to whom I had this delivered in Houston) who are flying into Dubai and will hand this product to me then. I am beyond happy and satisfied. It was safely kept in the mailbox. I'm an illustrator and designed the whole package for my to-be brother in law as a "welcome to the family" Christmas gift. He's a famous musician and so I loaded his album songs onto the vinyl. Im beyond excited to see this physical copy in person! Im super grateful for all the personal emails about adding in songs, the packaging and on-time delivery. You guys are nothing but easy, efficient and brilliant! Thanks a lot for everything! You've made my Christmas extra special!

CAHorrendous customer service If I could rate this negatively I would. Scroll through their social media and complaints on the BBB. This company will ignore your questions and e-mails regarding your purchase and refuse to process a refund should you package go "missing" which happens frequently with them.

GBPerfect product, perfect company! I can't say enough great things about this company and product! Customer service helped me resize images to get the best quality. It was created very quickly and shipped promptly. I am so so glad I found this company and have been recommending it to everyone!

GBThis business is extremely… This business is extremely unprofessional. Their customer service is horrendous and it takes forever to get a resolution. I ordered 2 records totaling in over $300 plus rush shipping and there is no way to get updated on where in the process my order is? Furthermore, once I realized that I wouldn't get my order in time, even with rush delivery, I asked for a refund. When they finally responded, I was told there were no refunds due to the personalization process and that my records were "most likely" in the process. A month later I get a random email now stating that my records need further editing because the time exceeds the limit, but they can just refund me since it might take another 20 days before it ships. I responded with questions and am sure it will take another 20 days to get a proper response. Save yourselves and use another company. The stress is not worth it. Horrible experience.
