This purchase is for mine and my… This purchase is for mine and my boyfriend’s two year anniversary!! The cover turned out great and it sounds amazing, a few of the songs do skip a couple of times but we don’t mind it! Regardless, I loveee this and I’m so happy to have purchased this!

This business is extremely… This business is extremely unprofessional. Their customer service is horrendous and it takes forever to get a resolution. I ordered 2 records totaling in over $300 plus rush shipping and there is no way to get updated on where in the process my order is? Furthermore, once I realized that I wouldn't get my order in time, even with rush delivery, I asked for a refund. When they finally responded, I was told there were no refunds due to the personalization process and that my records were "most likely" in the process. A month later I get a random email now stating that my records need further editing because the time exceeds the limit, but they can just refund me since it might take another 20 days before it ships. I responded with questions and am sure it will take another 20 days to get a proper response. Save yourselves and use another company. The stress is not worth it. Horrible experience.

Phenomenal customer service I ordered a record for my friend’s birthday. It was super easy to pick songs, I didn’t have to upload them myself. Some of the pictures I uploaded were of low resolution, and someone from the company reached out to me to check if I wanted to upload new/higher resolution ones, which I did! Great customer service, and they printed the replacement stickers/cover for free.

Extremely disappointed and received no help I ordered my custom vinyl on December 3. I also paid for the expedited processing and shipping. Well guess what? It’s December 22 and I have not received any update on my order. I have tried contacting them several times and I keep getting generic responses this was supposed to be a very special Christmas gift, which I am certain will not be here now. Their website does say during the holidays processing can take up to 25 days it does not specify that this applies to the expedited processing that I paid extra for. Also it says on the website that the 25 days is highly unlikely. I am extremely disappointed.

I placed my order in NOVEMBER I placed my order in NOVEMBER. Customer Support has been next to non existent. When searching order number on their site it says order can’t be found. Last update was that label was made so i wasn’t given the option to upgrade my shipping yet here we are another week passed and still hasn’t shipped?? why have a label made if the product isn’t even ready to ship?? I paid for express processing. waste of money considering it didn’t speed it up AT ALL. no one is even responding anymore. pretty sure this is 100% a SCAM. Safe to say i’m extremely disappointed and will be filing a chargeback.
