Phenomenal customer service I ordered a record for my friend’s birthday. It was super easy to pick songs, I didn’t have to upload them myself. Some of the pictures I uploaded were of low resolution, and someone from the company reached out to me to check if I wanted to upload new/higher resolution ones, which I did! Great customer service, and they printed the replacement stickers/cover for free.

An amazing gift I made this Vinyl as a gift to myself for my birthday celebrating me and my girlfriends most favourite songs which all mean a lot to us, during the lockdown we would sing songs from movies we had seen together like “For the dancing and the dreaming” as well as just ones that we both thought were fun. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve sung riptide but music is a big part of our lives and my face lit up when I finally got to listen to it. 10/10 I love it so much.

This purchase is for mine and my… This purchase is for mine and my boyfriend’s two year anniversary!! The cover turned out great and it sounds amazing, a few of the songs do skip a couple of times but we don’t mind it! Regardless, I loveee this and I’m so happy to have purchased this!

This business is extremely… This business is extremely unprofessional. Their customer service is horrendous and it takes forever to get a resolution. I ordered 2 records totaling in over $300 plus rush shipping and there is no way to get updated on where in the process my order is? Furthermore, once I realized that I wouldn't get my order in time, even with rush delivery, I asked for a refund. When they finally responded, I was told there were no refunds due to the personalization process and that my records were "most likely" in the process. A month later I get a random email now stating that my records need further editing because the time exceeds the limit, but they can just refund me since it might take another 20 days before it ships. I responded with questions and am sure it will take another 20 days to get a proper response. Save yourselves and use another company. The stress is not worth it. Horrible experience.

So easy! The website was super easy to navigate and gave me basically a full range of customization! My vinyl came pretty quick considering I ordered it during the holiday season. It came in great quality!
